P/N 079115103L, $360 from GAP. However, if there was a TSB that says all is well and the growl is normal, I'd be happy to leave it alone.
I've recently bought a second hand audi q5 2011. It has 150000kms on the clock. I got the message" gearbox failure you can continue to drive" I took it to a mechanic that specialises in audi and vw. After a diagnosis he told me I need a new megatronic unit and clutch pack costing $15000 aus. Alot if ppl have been saying this is very common problem.

One of the most common problems with supercharged Audi S4s is increased leaks. Boost leaks can cause the engine to lose strength and run poorly. If you think that your Audi S4 may also have a boost leak, it’s vital to have it diagnosed and repaired by way of a certified mechanic. Another common trouble with supercharged Audi S4s is detonation.
